
Niantic has shared exciting news for Pokemon GO fans with the reveal of upcoming Community Day dates for Season 17. This new season will kick off on December 3, 2024, and run through February 2025, bringing with it multiple opportunities for players to engage in limited-time events and enjoy special bonuses.
Season 17 is packed with events for players to look forward to, including Community Day dates and other themed days. The first Community Day event of the season will be held on December 21 and 22, 2024. This marks the final Community Day of the year, a special occasion where Pokemon from past Community Days often make a return, allowing players to catch Pokemon they may have missed throughout the year.
The following Community Day is set for January 5, 2025, and will be the first of the new year. Later that month, the Community Day Classic event will take place on January 25, 2025. Furthermore, This special type of Community Day typically brings back a fan-favorite Pokemon with boosted shiny rates. The season’s last Community Day event will be hosted on February 9, 2025.
