which runs until November 17,introduces a fresh layer of gameplay with Dynamax forms,
adding a new level of strategy to Max Battles.
Trainers level 31 and up also have the opportunity to earn extra rewards,
making this event one of the most engaging to date.
For the first time, Drilbur will be featured in its Dynamax form in Pokemon GO’s Max Battles,
allowing trainers to experience this powerful transformation in-game. Dynamax Pokemon, known for their enlarged forms and enhanced abilities,
bring
a unique twist to Max Battles,
and Drilbur is no exception.During this event, Drilbur will appear in one-star Max Battles,
giving players the chance to catch it and
even find a rare shiny version.
This new event follows the release of various Dynamax Pokemon throughout the season.
The Pokemon starts from classic starters like
Bulbasaur and Charmander
to more recent additions like
Gastly and its evolved forms.Dynamax Drilbur’s arrival expands this lineup, and trainers will also be able to Dynamax its evolution, Excadrill,
during battles, adding a unique Ground/Steel-type advantage.
Rewards and encounters for Trainers Level 31 and above
In addition to Dynamax Drilbur, trainers will have a two-times increased chance of receiving Candy XL when catching any Pokemon during the event.
This special bonus,
available to trainers level 31 and up,
makes it easier for players to power up their Pokemon for competitive battles.
Players will also encounter a range of Ground-type and other Pokemon in the wild, including Jigglypuff, Diglett, Rhyhorn, Phanpy, and Woobat, many of which will have shiny variants.

Alongside the introduction of Dynamax Drilbur,
new Field Research tasks related to the event will offer additional encounters with Drilbur, along with rewards like Drilbur Candy and Candy XL.
