New MrBeast Fortnite skin could win you $1 million

The Fortnite Icon series brings popular content creators, streamers, and entertainers to Fortnite, and a MrBeast Fortnite skin is the next one to arrive.

MrBeast is an absolutely massive YouTuber and content creator, knowdn for his over-the-top video concepts and contests. He’s already collaborated with Fortnite earlier this year when a promotion for his restaurant, MrBeast Burger, appeared as a part of the FNCS series. Now it seems like that collaboration was merely a preview for the latest announcement, as a MrBeast Fortnite skin is coming to the game very soon.

MrBeast Fortnite skin comes with contest for $1 million

MrBeast is the latest content creator to get his very own depiction as a cosmetic in Epic Games’ battle royale. But, in typical fashion for the YouTuber, MrBeast won’t be stopping there. As a part of the skin’s release, Epic Games will be releasing the MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge. This challenge will be a custom island created by creator team Atlas Creative in which fans will have a limited amount of time to complete quests and challenges. The player with the highest score at 3 PM ET on December 17, 2022, will win a massive grand prize. The highest score in the MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge will win $1 million USD. The top 100,000 players will win the Beast Brella Umbrella, a unique and limited-quantity glider. For the full rules, check out Epic Games’ announcement.

There will be several in-game items associated with this, including two different MrBeast skins. One will depict MrBeast as fans know him, while the MrBeast 6000 skin will upgrade the YouTuber with a cybernetic helm. There will also be a MrBeast Gaming Spray, and a Beast Blastin’ emote where players can make it rain with money guns. The new MrBeast Fortnite skin and survival event will be available on Fortnite’s live servers starting on December 14.
