is a formidable superhero/anti-hero from Marvel.
This Brimstone Avenger,
known for his menacing stares,goes underappreciated at times.
Thankfully, Epic Games knew exactly what they were doing with this twist. The Ghost Rider
first debuted in Chapter 2: Season 4
boasting his well-known fire-y skull. However, as the Marvel-theme continues to grow in Fortnite,
the new Ghost Rider skin has a “delicious” twist in the shape of Ghost Ri-Durrr.
In the latest Marvel collaboration,
Fortnite has added the Ghost Ri-Durrr skin. This is
a hilarious crossover between
the classic comic book character
Ghost Rider and Fortnite’s Beef Boss skin.
The Ghost Rider Skin comes off as
a playful take,
blending the fiery skull and motorcycle chains with the goofy look of Beef Boss, who is
associated with Fortnite’s in-game Durrr Burger fast food restaurant.
The result is
a skin that feels both powerful and lighthearted,
appealing to fans of both Marvel and Fortnite’s quirky style.
The Ghost Ri-Durrr skin was made available in Fortnite’s item shop on September 18, 2024.
This Ghost Rider skin quickly caught the attention of players due to its creative design and nod to both franchises.
It’s not the first time Fortnite has blended well-known characters
with its own. For instance, the
current season also features a crossover skin between Wolverine and Peeley,
Fortnite’s banana character.
More Marvel surprises
In addition to the Ghost Rider skin,
rumors are circulating about new Spider-Man content
coming to Fortnite.
Data miners have found files hinting at a possible Venom/Spider-Man crossover,
though the
details are still unclear.
This follows Fortnite’s history of adding Spider-Man and Venom skins in past updates, but fans are eager to see what new variations might be coming.
