Natus Vincere has finally revealed the release date for a documentary movie about star Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev.
The Ukrainian organization celebrated the five-year anniversary of s1mple’s signing on August 4 by announcing a documentary titled “s1mple Formula.” Na`Vi has now confirmed the premier date for the flick.
s1mple Formula will premier on September 8 on Twitch.
The documentary will feature some of the top CSGO players discussing their experience playing with and against s1mple. It’ll show how s1mple rose through the ranks to become the FPS superstar that he is today. The trailer shared brief insights from s1mple’s former and current teammates, his family, commentators, analysts, and others.
The first part of the documentary will be free to watch on YouTube and Twitch, but a follow-up might be aired on a subscription-based streaming service like Netflix in the future.

“We wanted to capture the significant stage in s1mple’s career and find out through interviews with field experts and other prominent people why Sasha stands out so much from all other players.” Yevhen Zolotarov, Na`Vi’s СЕО said.
The special broadcast on Twitch will involve an exclusive Na`Vi Watch Party, where registered viewers spectating the movie will be able to receive drops of s1mple-dedicated rewards with the help of Dropp.gg technology. The prizes will include tokens for physical and NFT Na’Vi jerseys with s1mple’s autograph.
Legendary CSGO player s1mple joined Na`Vi in 2016 when he was just 17 years old. Since then, the pro player hasn’t just propelled his team to the top of world rankings, but he’s transformed the entire CSGO ecosystem. His unique playstyle has become the benchmark of sniping, making him an icon for young players.
The 23-year-old AWPer has a decorated resume in CSGO and stands as an all-time great even at a relatively early stage in his career. A major trophy has eluded him to this point, but he has won Katowice and Cologne trophies, alongside many others.
s1mple has one of the largest fan bases in CSGO thanks to his impeccable playstyle and fierce persona. Fans are now waiting to watch the legendary player’s life story and ups and downs that polished him into a CSGO maestro.
