A TI8 champion notched another big win in 2018 by gracing the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Annually, Forbes collates a list of young visionaries in different categories that stood out throughout the year. Names are pulled from thousands of nominees, presenting 30 influential l individuals who excel in their respective fields.

Johan “N0tail” Sundstein immortalized his name not just by winning the most prestigious tournament in esports, but also by making it to the renowned Forbes list.

At age 25, N0tail proved that anything is possible through the right mix of talent, determination, and strong leadership. He started as one of the youngest competitive players in Heroes of Newerth before transitioning to Dota 2. He founded OG, which became the first team to win four major titles in Dota.

OG’s journey to The International 2018 was fraught with peril as th squad underwent massive roster changes just prior to the event’s qualifiers. But through N0tail’s stewardship, the underdogs defied all odds and made their dream run to the aegis a reality.

Forbes regarded N0tail as the spearhead of the first-place finish and accompanying $11 million in winnings.

The 30 Under 30 list goes through a three-step process. Forbes gathers thousands of nominations through online communities, respected industry leaders, and the Forbes editorial team ranging across 20 categories. Forbes picks 60 finalists for each category and independent industry experts select the 30 finalists.

Along with N0tail, several other Esports personalities were included, such as Twitch superstar Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and League of Legends pro Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng.
