Monkey Business, an amateur Valorant squad that has been linked to the organization OG for weeks, has officially been signed by the organization. The team has been competing together since the beginning of 2021, starting in the Red Bull Home Ground tournament and into the European leg of the Valorant Champions Tour.

The team was rumored to be associated with OG from the beginning, which was hinted at with the “Monkey Business” name. The eventual inaugural OG Dota 2 roster competed as (monkey) Business in its first few events before becoming the official esports entity it is today.
OG’s Valorant roster includes these players:
Dylan “aKm” Bignet
Benjamin “uNKOE” Chevasson
Theo “OniBy” Tarlier
Kevyn “TviQ” Lindström
Dragan “elllement” Milanović
OG’s inaugural Valorant roster has players from different backgrounds, but the core of the squad are French Overwatch players Dylan “aKm” Bignet, Benjamin “uNKOE” Chevasson and Theo “OniBy” Tarlier. All three have extensive Overwatch League experience, with aKm and uNKOE competing alongside one another on the Dallas Fuel in the first OWL season. They’re joined by fellow OWL veteran Kevyn “TviQ” Lindström, who played for the Florida Mayhem.
Rounding out the roster is its star player Dragan “elllement” Milanović. The former Counter-Strike professional was one of the top individual performers at the second VCT event in Europe, helping the squad qualify for the event over some of the region’s top teams.
The new OG roster has hit the ground running so far in the competitive Valorant scene. The team’s debut at the Red Bull Home Ground event was a tad lackluster, losing in the first round to SUMN FC, but the squad bounced back in the VCT qualifier. Like Vitality before them, Monkey Business did not look ready for tier-one competition, but improved massively and have already qualified for the closed portion of the second VCT event.
Monkey Business is continuing to find ways to stand amongst the crowd in @valesports_eu.

Now, with some early hype and an exciting player in elllement, this new OG roster looks ready to be a serious contender in Europe’s Valorant scene.
