Mega Mawile joins Pokemon GO in October
In October, Pokemon GO players can look forward to the long-anticipated arrival of Mega Mawile. As part of a special Raid Day event, this Steel and Fairy-type Pokemon will debut in the game, offering exciting opportunities and rewards for trainers. The event promises a variety of bonuses, from free Raid Passes to boosted chances of encountering a shiny Mawile.
Exciting Raid Day features
Firstly, players have been eagerly awaiting Mega Mawile’s arrival, and Niantic is making the occasion even more rewarding. Secondly, the Raid Day event will start on October 12, schedule to be from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. During the Raid Day, several bonuses will be available. These bonuses are as follows:
- Increased Remote Raid Pass limit
- From October 11 to October 12, players will be able to hold up to 20 Remote Raid Passes, up from the usual limit of five.
- This change will be especially beneficial for rural players or those who prefer raiding remotely.
- Free Raid Passes
- Up to five free Raid Passes can be earned by spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event. Additionally, purchasing the $5 event ticket will unlock eight more free Raid Passes, providing even more opportunities for participation.
- Boosted Rare Candy XL Drops
- Players will enjoy increased chances of earning Rare Candy XL, which is a highly valuable resource for powering up Pokemon.
Shiny Mega Mawile – Enhanced Rewards
