Kai Cenat recently discussed his career plans after streaming, and some fans may be surprised.
Cenat has become one of the largest streamers on Twitch. He beat all types of subscriber records after his controversial subathon and has gone on to keep making comedy and IRL content for viewers. Despite his massive success, Cenat is already looking at possibilities for life after streaming.
The boisterous streamer recently appeared on the A Safe Place Podcast, talking about streamer drama and future goals. He confirmed that he has definitely started considering what he will do after Twitch, but it’s not the path some people may have predicted.

Hosts Lil Yachty and MitchGoneMad recently started the A Safe Place Podcast and the most recent episode features Kai Cenat. They asked him what he has planned after he’s done with Twitch, noting that he’s currently at the top. Rapper Lil Yachty asked if he saw himself in the music industry.
“F— no,” Cenat replied. “I know I’m not good at music. I can’t be in the studio, bro. It’s just hard and I respect everybody who does it.”
So what does he envision instead?
“My angle is acting,” Cenat revealed. “Full-time acting.”
Kai Cenat continued that there are some things “in the works” for a potential acting career, but there is not much he can speak to just yet. This includes putting aside “a lot of money” to do high-production content this summer. It’s not clear if it’ll be something on stream, a television show, or a movie.
For now, fans will have to wait and see what Cenat is cooking.
