Seems like JDG found its missing piece in former World Champion Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk. The addition of Ruler gave JDG exactly what the team needed, a hyper carry the rest of the team can rally behind. Ruler has the experience and talent JDG needed in the bottom lane. The result? MSI is just the beginning of the year. Once all the dust has settled, the teams will shift focus to the ultimate goal, Worlds. In the fans’ eyes, a Worlds title holds so much more significance than MSI. That is the reason why T1 gets so much praise for its three Worlds titles, but hardly anyone talks about RNG’s three MSI titles.
