IShowSpeed ban

Rumors of iShowSpeed’s alleged move to Twitch have been circulating wildly, but how much truth is behind them?

iShowSpeed is known for his over-the-top stunts and unique personalities. Some foreigners know him for his impeccable barking skills, which she showcased during his Europe tour. However, he recently started making global headlines for a jaw-dropping stunt of jumping over speeding cars.

While it was an impressive feat, it landed him into some trouble.

Why was iShowSpeed banned from YouTube?

On August 6, iShowSpeed was banned from YouTube for violating community guidelines. This came after a clip of him jumping over two speeding cars went viral.

This was an extremely risky and bold stunt that had many fans concerned, but some were impressed. Clearly, YouTube wasn’t one of them. The platform banned his channel for two weeks. During the ban, iShowSpeed will be “recharging.”

Is iShowSpeed returning to Twitch?

iShowSpeed hasn’t confirmed his Twitch return, but it’s a possibility since his channel is no longer banned.

On August 8, iShowSpeed’s cameraman responded to a post on X speculating his return to Twitch. Slipz merely commented, “ATP, it won’t hurt,” and the rumor spread like wildfire. The cameraman later tossed cold water over all speculations by asking for the source of those rumors.

“Where does this claim Speed is considering a move to Twitch?” Slipz said.

This means his return is quite unlikely, and even if he does stream to kill time, it may not mean anything. IShowSpeed has amassed 27.7 million subscribers on YouTube, who tune in regularly to watch his gaming and variety content. He was also the number one gaming channel on YouTube in July.

He may have risen to fame on Twitch, but his real audience is on YouTube, which is why a platform switch seems unreasonable and unlikely. However, it’s tough to make any speculations at this point. IShowSpeed may reveal his future plans soon.
