In order to play League of Legends in 4K, you’ll need to modify the in-game settings. This is best done through the Practice Tool rather than loading into a game. This can be somewhat fixed by upping the cursor size in the settings. However, fans discussing the option on Reddit expressed that it only did so much to fix the issue. One proposed going into the configuration files to manually up the size of the cursor, but that the option kept resetting to its default at the start of each game
