Riot Games has announced a brand spray, “Running on Empty,” for owners of an Twitch Prime or Prime Gaming account. Here’s how to claim the latest Valorant Prime Gaming loot.

Extravagant Valorant skins aren’t affordable, but Riot Games’ regular free rewards let all players enjoy Valorant’s in-game cosmetics. These free items may not be as lavish as the pricy ones, but they certainly add some color to an inventory. Prime Gaming sprays are often rare and limited edition, making them unique despite being free. 

Riot Games has unveiled a brand new “Running on Empty” spray, which many Valorant players may relate with. The empty wallet spray is a strong pickup for those who thrive on thrifty pick-ups.

After rolling out unpopular skin bundles consecutively, players have noticed a sudden change of tone in new skin designs. From Reaver 2.0 to Champions 2022 bundle, recent collections have gathered praise from fans, leaving collectors with light pockets. The lavish skin bundles are glitzy, but they are not cheap. So, the spray looks like a nod to Riot’s recent streak of expensive yet extravagant bundles. 

The Running on Empty spray features Jett holding a wallet with a single gold coin in it. Players often use a similar meme in the comment sections of new bundle announcements, and it seems Riot has taken notice. The hilarious spray will surely become a sought-after item, but it’s not available for all. Only select players claim the spray for free. 

How to get the Running on Empty spray in Valorant

The Running on Empty spray is exclusive to Amazon Prime Gaming subscribers. The unique in-game cosmetic is free to be claimed through the Twitch Prime Gaming account for a limited time. 

Valorant players will first need to connect their Riot Games account to an account with an active Prime Gaming subscription.

Those who do not have a Prime membership but still want to enjoy the latest Running on Empty spray can get it via a 30-day free trial. They won’t be able to claim prizes in the future that Riot often drops.
