Cosmetic items might not improve your gameplay, but they certainly make you look cool when you have a clutch play. To buy them, you need money or a gift card. Here is everything you need to know about a prepaid gift card for League of Legends and Valorant.

A prepaid gift card is an easy way to buy Riot’s in-game currency if you don’t have a credit card. These can be purchased in almost all convenience stores, retailers, and online. You can buy them for yourself or give them to a friend as a gift.

For League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, and TFT on PC, players can buy prepaid gift cards for $10, $25, $50, and $100. These can be redeemed only in the NA server. Players in Latin America, Canada, Australia, and Oceania can purchase physical gift cards in their local currency. These can be redeemed in their respective servers.

Can you use League of Legends gift cards on Valorant?

Valorant is the only Riot Games title that doesn’t support cross-game redemption of gift cards. A Valorant gift card cannot be used in League of Legends either.

Valorant prepaid cards are available at the same stores as the regular League of Legends cards and for the same prices. These are for sale only in the United States and can only be used in the United States, Canada, and some countries in Latin America.

For other regions, they must go through the regular process to acquire the in-game currency.

How to buy RP in Legends of Runeterra and TFT mobile

Players using the mobile versions of the game will have to acquire special tokens. In the game, they will have the option to buy tokens through the app store.

The payment method will be the one registered in their account. If you have a credit card registered on the Play Store, this will be used to buy the tokens.

In the case of TFT, the TFT Coins purchased through the app will not be shown in the PC League of Legends client, since it is technically a different currency than RP.
