Valve has released the community case dubbed “Dreams and Nightmares,” which includes a combination of psychedelic and angelic skins.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fans may want to prepare their wallets for the brand new skin case that has just dropped. The Dreams and Nightmares collection feature community-designed skins as part of a first-of-its-kind CSGO contest.
Valve challenged the most creative of CSGO players to breathe life into their scariest nightmares or sweetest dreams. The developer announced a contest for $1 million to be distributed among 10 contest winners. The players brought their A-game and posted their entries on social media platforms to be viewed by Valve.
The art pieces were all spot on, even those that somewhat deviated from the theme. As a result of over 15,000 incredible entries, the number of winners was increased to 17, with the prize pool going up to $1.7 million.
The case has now officially gone live with some of the best CSGO skins you’ll ever see.
The Dreams & Nightmares Case is one of 337 other Container items. The item’s rarity is Base Grade, which makes the Dreams & Nightmares case a pretty common occurrence in the game. The 17 skins were revealed earlier in November, but the case has now officially arrived to steam markets.
Here are all the skins in the CSGO Dreams and Nightmares case.
If you were planning to add some vivid colors to your CSGO inventory, then this is likely not the case for you. Most skins in the new case belong to the nightmare category.
Ten out of 17 skins that Valve has picked have dark undertones. Creepy figures, empty forests, and mysterious scriptures are plastered over Mac-10, sawed-off, Bizon, and more. The collection is perfect for the CSGO player base that appreciates grim designs and shady weapons.
AK-47 Case Hardened with the StatTrak™ Technology is the most expensive CSGO skin so far. The blue-tinted Kalashnikov glows in the sunlight, setting it apart from the rest. The skin was sold for a whopping $780.000 on Steam in the biggest trade of CSGO.
