Pokemon Go revealed the Pokemon featured on April’s Community Day, no other than Togetic.

Togetic is a dual Fairy and Flying type from the Johto region. Fans of Pokemon’s animated show might recognize it as the evolution of Togeti, Misty’s companion. Togetic evolves into Togekiss.

Togetic made its Pokemon Go debut in 2016 with the release of the Johto region. This Pokemon is available in the wild and is often featured as a three-star Raid Battle boss.

Togetic 2023 Community Day Bonuses

Togetic Community Day in Pokemon Go is taking place on April 15. The event will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time. During this time, the spawn rate will increase, and so will the chances of finding a shiny Togetic.

Some of the bonuses available on the Togetic Community Day are:

Togetic will be a four-star Raid Battle boss for the day. Completing one raid will increase even more Togetic’s spawn rate. You will want to catch as many Togetic as possible. Using 100 candies, you can evolve Togetic into Togekisss. Every Togekiss evolved during the event will have a special Fighting type attack.

To take full advantage of the event, consider purchasing the Special Research ticket to unlock the Spreading Cheer story. Players who complete the Spreading Cheer Special Research will receive special rewards. Each ticket costs $1.00 and can be purchased through the in-game store. Players can gift tickets to friends that have reached the Great Friends level or higher.

If you are looking to link with a local community, or find a good place where to spend Togetic’s Community Day, check Pokemon Go’s Community Day Map.

All shiny Pokémon available in Pokémon GO in 2026 Pokemon
All shiny Pokémon available in Pokémon GO in 2026 Zachary Roberts Getting a shiny Pokémon in Pokémon GO is an absolute treat. It's not as easy to hunt certain things on that game as it is on something like Legends: Z-A or Scarlet and Violet, but you can endlessly play by walking around. The shiny odds are much higher, too. At 1/512 base odds, it's much more likely than in a mainline game, where the odds are 1/4096. If you're interested ...
