Genshin Impact: 4-star banner leaked for version 5.2
Genshin Impact fans are eagerly awaiting Version 5.2, as recent leaks reveal a promising selection of 4-Star characters banners. While the spotlight often falls on high-profile 5-Star characters, these 4-Stars bring their own unique abilities, providing valuable options for players aiming to diversify their teams. Among the leaked lineup are Ororon, Shikanoin Heizou, Yao Yao(unsure), and Fischl. Each of these 4-star characters offer something unique to Genshin Impact’s expansive roster.
Familiar Faces – Ororon, Heizou, and Fischl
The anticipated arrival of Ororon in Version 5.2 brings a unique twist to the 4-Star category. Known as an Big Pinecone, Ororon breaks away from the trend of male characters who often take on hypercarry roles. Instead, he introduces a playstyle focused on Electro-Charged reactions, similar to Fischl, one of the more familiar characters from the game’s early days. While beta testing has included nerfs to Ororon’s abilities, he’s still expected to offer solid support for teams looking to maximize elemental reactions. This support is especially increased with characters like Neuvillette or Tartaglia.
The inclusion of other 4-Star characters in the banner, namely Shikanoin Heizou, Yao Yao, and Fischl, adds further depth to the potential roster options in Version 5.2. Here’s a brief look at each character’s strengths and role within a team:
- Ororon
- As an Electro Bow user, Ororon can leverage Electro-Charged reactions.
- His ability to provide consistent Electro damage, paired with potential buffs to Electro-Charged reactions, makes him a strategic choice.
- Shikanoin Heizou
- An Anemo Catalyst user, Heizou is known for synergizing well with Electro characters, adding versatility in Electro-Charged teams.
- Yao Yao(unsure)
- A Dendro Polearm user, Yao Yao serves as a healer and offers support for teams lacking a reliable Dendro unit.
- Fischl
- Fischl remains popular for her off-field Electro damage. This makes her an excellent choice for players building teams that revolve around sustained Electro DPS.
Impact of Version 5.2 4-star lineup on meta
With the addition of these 4-Star characters, players can anticipate new synergies. This is especially notable as Version 5.2 is rumored to bring buffs to underused elemental reactions like Electro-Charged. The presence of Ororon and Fischl on the same banner could attract players interested in experimenting with improved Electro-based teams. Both of them are excellent at offering synergy for characters such as Neuvillette. In particular, Fischl’s consistency in providing off-field Electro damage pairs well with Hydro users, increasing the viability of Electro-Charged teams in combat scenarios.
While Ororon and other new additions spark interest, the Genshin Impact community is also setting their sights on Version 5.3, where fan-favorite characters and events, such as the Lantern Rite, could return alongside new 5-Star releases. However, the quality of 4-Star options in Version 5.2 will still prove significant, offering more accessible but powerful alternatives for players looking to strengthen their teams without relying solely on 5-Star characters.
With these developments, Genshin Impact Version 5.2 continues to balance its offering of new high-tier characters with equally impactful 4-Star options, allowing more strategic diversity and options for all players.
