“Time to samurai up all the servers!”

Fall Guys is getting its highly anticipated esports-themed skin. G2 Esports is finally getting a skin in the wacky free-for-all battle royale party game. This is something the esports organization had fought for throughout 2020.

The skin features G2’s signature red and black colors, with their logo right in the middle of the chest. It has the organization’s desired samurai theme, complete with a ninja sword, helmet, and armor. The costume even has a red eye with a scar, matching the organization’s logo.

“Let’s go!” Fall Guys tweeted out excitedly.

The @G2esports costume is now available!

Fall Guys has been getting an influx of new skins. Another popular addition was of YouTuber Jimmy “Mr. Beast” Donaldson. At only two crowns, the widely popular skin features a blue and black tracksuit and monster paws.

Tyler “Ninja” Blevins also had a two-crown skin added to the game. The costume has Ninja’s signature spiky blue hair and yellow headband. It also features a neon blue hoodie and sporty sneakers.

New skins come to Fall Guys after charity donations

All of these new costumes came to Fall Guys after Ninja, Mr. Beast, G2 Esports, and Aim Lab came together to donate a total of $1 million to UK-based Special Effect, a charity that supports gamers with disabilities around the world.

The “Battle of the Brands” charity, held by Fall Guys, took place in the summer of 2020. Big-name streamers and esports organizations pledged various donations in hopes of being crowned the top donor. The prize for giving the most was getting a Fall Guys skin.

For a while, Ninja, Mr. Beast, and G2 Esports continued to battle it out for the top spot. Each would continue to tweet a bid that beat out the competition. But in the end, they joined forces to donate the impressive $1 million. This gave Fall Guys no choice but to give a skin to each of them.

Ninja’s costume dropped in early December 2020. The day after Christmas, Mr. Beast fans finally got their hands on his costume. G2 is the latest to receive the skin treatment. Now, fans are waiting for AimLabs to get its exclusive costume. It will most likely arrive within the next few weeks.

Fall Guys might not be the most competitive title, but the game created a lot of fun moments in 2020. It looks like 2021 will be no different.
