FlyQuest has officially announced Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage as its starting mid laner for the 2020 LCS season, the player will join former teammate Lee “IgNar” Dong-geun as the two newest additions to the team.

FlyQuest is getting reinforcement ahead of the 2020 season. The organization made two key hiring in the form of PowerOfEvil and IgNar, two players with a proven track record that have experience playing together.

FlyQuest adds proven talent to LCS roster

After a disappointing end to the summer split, FlyQuest is moving the necessary pieces in the offseason. The team recently promoted coach Anand “Curry” Agarwal, who will be in charge of the LCS team in 2020.

“We’ve had our eyes on Tristan for a while now as a player that fit us in so many ways for the style of team that we are setting out to be. Tristan brings leadership and character to our team and puts us in an immediate position to improve on last year’s performance,” general manager Nick Phan said.

Top laner Omran “V1per” Shoura, jungler Lucas “Santorin” Tao Kilmer Larsen, and bot laner Jason “WildTurtle” Tran will return to the team for another year.

“When looking at our roster for 2020, we really wanted to focus on versatility, chemistry and synergy,” coach Curry said in a press release.

Since the inaugural season of the LCS, FlyQuest is one of the teams that has gone through the most roster changes. Each season, the team has tried different combinations of players in an attempt to find a winning roster. The common denominator has always been WildTurtle, who has become the face of the entire organization.

The 2020 version of FlyQuest looks promising, especially compared with some of the rosters that have been announced thus far. The two new additions to the team bring extra power to the solid core that is V1per, Santorin, and WildTurtle. PowerOfEvil recently had a strong summer with Counter Logic Gaming and IgNar had a good season with FC Schalke 04.
