Firstly, the movie followed the story of Mike, a night guard portrayed by Josh Hutcherson. Being that, Mike had faced a terrifying ordeal involving haunted animatronics. Correspondingly, with the success of the first film, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is gearing up to expand on its spine-chilling world.

Matthew Lillard confirmed that he will be reprising his role as William Afton, a character who delivers the ominous line, “I always come back,” hinting at his inevitable return. Lillard expressed his enthusiasm during an interview. He followed, “To have a franchise like that is very exciting… I’m coming back, that’s good.” This confirmation is just the start of what promises to be an action-packed continuation of the series.
