Fans vote on new Tristana skin in League of Legends
Tristana is getting a new skin and the League of Legends community has the opportunity to decide what it will be.
The Riot Games skins team announced that the Bandle City gunner would soon be getting a brand new cosmetic. A poll was posted to encourage players to vote on what the next new skin for the Yordle gunner will look like.
Fans may choose between three different themed skins and, once voting closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 6, Riot will begin development on the winning selection.
The three skin concepts are Sugar Rush, Galactic Gunner, and Little Demon.
This isn’t the first time Riot Games has reached out to the community for input on skin development. A similar poll to this one was presented to fans last year regarding a new Illaoi cosmetic. The community’s reaction to this original collaboration was positive and fans are excited to get the chance to participate once again.
Although voting went smoothly during the Illaoi poll, there is a possibility that each of the three Tristana skin concepts may receive roughly the same amount of votes as one another. Riot is ready to consult Tristana mains for their input should this occur.
Riot Games stated that once a winner is declared, the skins team will post updates and heed player reaction as development progresses.
