FalleN steps down from MIBR roster after recent changes

FalleN’s announcement to step down from the active roster of MIBR came soon after the Brazilian organization decided to drop Fernando “fer” Alvarenga, Epitacio “TACO” de Melo, and coach Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia.

The CSGO veteran attributed his departure to MIBR’s decision to drop the team’s most experienced players. FalleN disagrees with the organization’s abrupt decision to cut off the players and ex-coach.

“I’m not satisfied with the recent decision. Last weeks have been tough and challenging and that is why I’m asking to leave the active roster while I think on my next steps,” FalleN said in a Twitlonger post.

The Brazilian team has recently kicked two players from the lineup following a disastrous performance at ESL One Cologne. MIBR’s lineup has displayed a subpar performance and seemed out of sorts in competition against lower-tier teams. Consistently poor world rankings for the team since July 2019 added insult to injury.

The adjustments to the roster have incited an extreme reaction from fans and players alike. Brazilian Awper Vito “kNgV” Giuseppe also expressed his reservations regarding the organization’s decision.

“I do not agree with the changes in the team, unfortunately since I joined here it is changing lines all the time,” Vito tweeted

FalleN now awaits his fate while he rests on MIBR bench. He hasn’t said goodbye to the professional scene, but is unsure what the future holds for him.

“The only thing I’m sure is this isn’t where the game ends for me,” He said.

Famous MIBR trio separates from team

FalleN has propelled the Brazilian lineup to many victories with fer and TACO at his side. The trio has played together under different banners since 2015 and has won significant events including MLG Columbus and ESL One Cologne 2016. During their time at SK Gaming, the squad occupied the number one spot in the world ranking.

FalleN, fer, and Taco have achieved multiple milestones. Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia, who is now banned for six months for exploiting coach bug, also played a role in the performances of the trio at both SK Gaming and MIBR.

MIBR had enjoyed the pinnacle of success for a long time, and now the famed team is on the verge of collapse. The squad’s consistently poor results left the organization with little choice but to make a drastic change.

With FalleN’s departure, MIBR is left with Alencar “trk” Rossato and Vito “kNgV” Giuseppe. The team is currently coachless with three empty slots for players.
