Europe's CSGO Regional Major Rankings after ESL Road to Rio
Europe’s top teams came out of the gate ready to roll in the region’s ESL Road to Rio event. While some teams majorly underperformed, Europe generally showed fans how consistent the region actually is.
Here are the current rankings for Valve’s first-ever Regional Major CSGO tournament. We’ve included any points teams gained from their placing at StarLadder Berlin Major just shy of a year ago, so these standings are an overall look at who has the lead going into CSGO’s second Regional Major tournament. A breakdown of where the points came from will also be included.
ESL One Rio Major Standings after ESL’s Road to Rio

1. Astralis – 2400 total points, 1600 from 1st place at Road to Rio, 800 from 1st place at StarLadder Berlin Major

2. Vitality – 1900 total points, 1300 from 4th place at Road to Rio, 600 from 6th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

3. G2 Esports – 1800 total points, 1500 from 2nd place at Road to Rio, 300 from 10th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

4. FaZe Clan – 1700 total points, 1400 from third place at Road to Rio, 300 from 13th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

5. Ninjas in Pyjamas – 1500 total points, 1200 from 5th place at Road to Rio, 300 from 15th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

6. ENCE – 1400 total points, 800 from 9th place at Road to Rio, 600 from 5th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

7. North – 1200 total points, 900 from 8th place at Road to Rio, 300 from 14th place at StarLadder Berlin Major

8. Heretics – 1100 total points, 1100 from 6th place at Road to Rio, did not place at StarLadder Berlin Major

9. GODSENT – 1000 total points, 1000 from 7th place at Road to Rio, did not place at StarLadder Berlin Major

10. Copenhagen Flames – 700 total points, 700 from 10th place at Road to Rio, did not place at StarLadder Berlin Major
