A new Elder Scrolls game has been released.
Bethesda just released The Elder Scrolls: Castles, a mobile game currently in early access. It’s not the Elder Scrolls game people have been waiting for, but it’s worth checking out if you are bored enough.
The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim is probably one of the most iconic video games of all time. The fantasy RPG may not be perfect, but it’s that imperfection that has actually solidified it as one of the most memorable games in history. It’s no surprise that fans have been waiting for the next Elder Scrolls game with heavy anticipation.
Unfortunately, Bethesda recently revealed that the next Elder Scrolls title was not coming any time soon. For now, you may have to play The Elder Scrolls: Castles for your fantasy fill.
Elder Scrolls: Castles is a mobile game that’s very similar to Fallout Shelter, where you play as a ruler of a castle. You’ll need to grind through levels to expand various parts of the castle, including defenses to keep out enemies and kitchens to feed workers.
The longer you keep the castle functioning and growing, the more generations of rulers you’ll see take over the throne.
Castles is only available on Apple phones and iPads through the iOS Store.
Keep in mind, however, that this mobile app is in early access mode and hasn’t been officially announced by Bethesda. More information and platforms will probably be revealed soon.
