Gamers are getting a second chance to level up their weapons faster this upcoming weekend. The double XP weekend is returning, but it’s only for a limited time. Here’s how to get double XP in XDefiant.
What’s double XP weekend in XDefiant?
XDefiant’s double XP weekend is starting tomorrow, May 31, at 10 AM PST. It will end on Monday, June 3 at 10 AM PST, giving you about three days to grind for double XP.
All you have to do is log in to the game and play during this time frame. You’ll get double the XP you’d usually get automatically.
How to earn XP in XDefiant
If you want to earn XP in XDefiant, the most common way is to use certain weapons. As you use a certain weapon, you’ll level that weapon upward in level. Some of those levels have attachments to unlock. This should go much faster during the double XP weekend.
What does XP get you in XDefiant?
XP you earn in XDefiant, including on the double XP weekend, goes towards leveling up weapons and revealing new attachments for them. This includes suppressors, scopes, grips, extended mags, and more. These attachments will improve that weapon.
The double XP weekend’s XP won’t go towards Battle Pass XP. This will focus much more on powering up your favorite weapons.
