Doctor Who may be coming to Fortnite, multiple leakers say

Fortnite leaks are pointing to Doctor Who as the next wild crossover.

Fortnite is known for its massive crossovers, bringing superheroes, anime characters, celebrities, and more into the colorful battle royale. Now, two prominent Fortnite leakers are speculating that a Doctor Who crossover is on its way.

Doctor Who is a science fiction show with a massive following. The Time Lord takes on a different appearance each season, traveling through time in the TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimensions in Space). Now, the time traveler may be making his or her way to Fortnite.

Is Doctor Who coming to Fortnite?

FNBRintel has posted on social media that a collaboration between Fortnite and Doctor Who is “currently in the works.” The leaker added that it’s still in the early stages of development, however, and won’t be released for “a few months.”

While most in the Fortnite community already believed that Doctor Who was coming to the game based on the first leaker’s intel, another leaker shared the news a few minutes after. ShiinaBR said that they were “shown evidence” of the collaboration, meaning they could “confirm” that it’s real.

FNBRintel added that the crossover would be a “full collaboration,” not just something small like a spray. But it’s currently unknown what the crossover will consist of if it happens at all. If the Doctor Who rumors are true, this could mean multiple skins are in the works or even a limited-time game mode.

Fortnite fans will have to wait for an official update for now before anything is confirmed.

Ncuti Gatwa, the next actor portraying the Doctor, is expected to begin performing for Season 14 in November 2022. An early skin could tease his future appearance in the show.
