Evil Geniuses is set to take on Paper Rex in the upper finals in a few days time. The match will be the toughest test for the team since Paper Rex has had equally impressive form at Champions.
Paper Rex recently took down Brazilian champions LOUD to secure a spot in the upper finals. The loser of the match between Paper Rex and Evil Geniuses will face off against the winner of Fnatic and LOUD. The winner of that match will earn a spot in the grand final to win the Champions trophy and become the best team in Valorant.
The favorites for MVP of the tournament include Demon1 and Alfajer, since both players have performed exceptionally well individually. But it depends on which teams wins the tournament and the players that perform in the grand final to take their team to victory.
Evil Geniuses is set to play Paper Rex on Aug. 24.
