Could these be LoL MMO raid bosses?

The untitled League of Legends MMO is still in development and has a long road before completion, but here are some possible LoL MMO raid bosses that already exist in the lore.

Riot Games announced it was working on an MMORPG set in League of Legends’ fictional world, Runeterra, during its 10th anniversary celebration. Since then, information has slowly been released about the careful development process and what fans can look forwards to. We’ve examined League of Legends to try and figure out what types of classes might be available in the MMO, now we’ll discover some of the world-ending threats that could work as raid bosses.

Possible LoL MMO raid bosses

Raid bosses are the pinnacle of the MMORPG dungeon-crawling experience, massive single entities who present challenges for players at the very top end of the leveling process. Riot Games has no shortage of world-ending threats that could serve as raid bosses in its upcoming MMO. Here’s a list of some of the appropriate raid boss characters in Runeterra lore.

Mordekaiser

Mordekaiser is an ancient warlord who ruled most of Runeterra in ancient times. After dying, Mordekaiser’s indomitable will allowed him to conquer the realm of death. Now he awaits, sealed beneath the Immortal Bastion in the capital of Noxus. His dark lore and imposing presence makes Mordekaiser a great candidate for a LoL MMO raid boss.

Bel’Veth

upcoming LoL champion Bel'Veth

Bel’Veth is another champion from League of Legends who is powerful enough to be a raid boss. Bel’Veth is a core part of the Void’s hivemind, often referred to as its “Empress.” She’s the result of an entire city that fell into the Void and spearheads the realm’s other-dimensional threat. She’s a great choice for a raid boss.

Watchers

Watchers are yet another other-dimensional threat that could make for great LoL MMO raid bosses. The Watchers are ancient beings who were awoken by the creation of Runeterra and now wish to destroy it in order to return to their eternal slumber. The watchers once almost invaded Runeterra, tricking the ice witch Lissandra into helping them. But at the last minute, Lissandra realized her mistake and sealed the Watchers beneath the ice in the Howling Abyss.
