The next Call of Duty game has a possible release date.
Call of Duty continues to be a popular franchise despite some of the criticism and lower sales along the way. The FPS community is still invested and is waiting for the next Call of Duty title, which is Black Ops 6. Now, we may have a specific release date.
Gaming insider Tom Henderson, a trusted source of gaming leaks and news, has shared a potential release date for the 2024 Call of Duty game on X after some speculation.
The next Call of Duty game has been confirmed for 2024, sticking to a very quick release schedule for the series. But a specific release date hasn’t been revealed. Still, some insiders have ideas.
One Call of Duty fan started speculating earlier this week that Call of Duty was going to be released around November 1, 2024. Henderson replied: “It’s late October currently. So probably October 25.”
This would make a lot of sense, sticking to the usual Call of Duty release schedule. Not only that, but it appears that the next Call of Duty game will be released on Game Pass on the first day. This means Xbox players can access the game for free upon its highly anticipated launch.
Meanwhile, PlayStation 5 players will have to pay full price. This is part of Microsoft acquiring Blizzard and having some existing partnerships that leave Sony fans a bit on the outside.
