Twitch’s popular streamer Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa continues her ban streak after a two-year break. She was last banned in 2021 but is once again in hot water.
Amouranth has become known for her controversial presence on Twitch, particularly as a former hot tub and Just Chatting streamer who has faced five bans from the platform. While her streak was broken in 2021, Amouranth has since shifted her focus to streaming content that meets Twitch’s guidelines.
Despite this, she’s once again done something to anger the Twitch gods — and her channel is no longer available.
Amouranth’s recent content isn’t anything out of the ordinary. Recently, she’s been chatting with her viewers and occasionally playing games.
However, her ongoing beef with fellow streamer and Pornstar Adriana Chechik was indeed the highlight of her content in April. She recently challenged Chechik to a boxing match after the former insulted her on livestream. However, fans are convinced that the beef is just for publicity.
It’s unlikely that her ban is related to the ongoing tiff with Chechik. However, Twitch does have strict punishment for threatening violence, which isn’t exactly the same thing as challenging a boxing match. Still, Amouranth has been careful with her content besides the beef.
“I’ll say it here first: I’ll challenge her in the ring. Catch me outside, how about that?” Amouranth said.
The exact reason behind the ban is currently unknown, but her fans are bummed that Amouranth is once again on Twitch’s bad books, especially now that her rival Indiefoxx is back on the platform.
It’s tough to guess how long the ban would last, considering it’s her sixth one. But Amouranth is one of the most popular content creators on Twitch, boasting 6.3 million followers in 2023, so fans are hopeful her return will be swift.
