Samira is the next champion in line to be released in League of Legends, and the first detailed information on her abilities have just hit the PBE.
While Samira can’t yet be played on the Public Beta Environment (PBE), information on her abilities was data mined and released on SurrenderAt20. The information about the abilities gives an insight into how they work, but the damage and scaling numbers are not yet confirmed.

(pls read notes i put a lot of them in there…)

Samira looks to be a new AD carry to be played in the bot lane, with a base attack damage of 59, the same as many other marksmen. Samira has a fairly short range though, sitting at only 500. This is comparable to such current champions like Lucian and Sivir.
Daredevil Impulse (P)
Samira builds a combo by hitting attacks or abilities unique from each previous hit. These unique attacks increase her “Style,” with the Style rank ranging from “E” to “S” grade. There are six ranks in total.
Samira’s attacks in melee range deal an additional amount of magic damage, increased by an amount based on the target’s missing health.
Samira’s attacks against enemies affected by immobilizing effects results in a 0.5 second knockup and deal damage over six separate attacks. Samira dashes into range against targets outside of initial her attack range.
Samira fires a shot dealing X amount of physical damage to the first enemy hit. If this ability is cast towards an enemy in melee range, Samira will instead make a slash with her sword and deal X physical damage. Either hit can critically strike for 25% bonus damage. Samira’s Q is clearly meant to give her closing ability and some mobility.
If Flair is cast during Wild Rush (E), Samira will strike all enemies in the ability’s path.
Blade Whirl (W)
Samira slashes around her for one second, damaging all enemies twice for X amount of physical damage and destroying any enemy missiles that enter the area. This could give Samira some defensive abilities against enemy champions that fire projectiles.
Wild Rush (E)
Samira dashes through an enemy or ally, gaining attack speed when slashing through enemies. Killing a champion will refresh the cooldown. Like her Q, Samira’s E confers additional mobility, potentially making her one of the more mobile marksmen in the game.
Inferno Trigger (R)
Samira can only use her ultimate if her current “Style” rating is at S.
Samira unleashes a torrent of shots from her weapons, wildly shooting all enemies around her 10 times over the course of two seconds. Each shot will deal X amount of physical damage and apply lifesteal, providing Samira with an opportunity to heal up during an engagement. Each shot can critically strike, which could see the ultimate devastate opposing teams.
One would think the Samira sneak peek was enough, but there’s more. The new PBE patch also contains a lot of new skins, including PsyOps skins and this year’s Championship Skin.
LeBlanc will be the lucky receiver of the yearly championship skin leading up to the 2020 World Championship. The skin will have new effects for all abilities and in many ways be a completely new look for the assassin mage.
Last, but not least, another handful of champions will be receiving a skin in the new PsyOps line. This includes Samira, Zed, Viktor, Kayle, and Pyke. The champions will complete the list of 10 champions that will be included in the new skin line. Ezreal, Sona, Vi, Master Yi, and Shen has already been announced and out for testing on the PBE.
All new content is expected to hit the live servers in patch 10.19, which is set to be released in the middle of September.
