Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s Operation Broken Fang comes with a brand new case, and here are the impressive skins in all their glory.
CSGO’s new operation has put a huge number of skins into users’ virtual hands, but the in-game viewer doesn’t do justice for how impressive these skins are. From the humble military-spec CZ-75 Vendetta all the way to the third Neo-Noir skin stylishly applied to the Glock-18, Broken Fang’s case is an impressive option for players looking to invest even more money into CSGO.
That’s because it doesn’t just cost Broken Fang’s star currency to purchase, it also asks players to throw down another $2.49 for a key to open the case. In return, one of the cases only costs two stars, while the Havoc, Control, and Ancient collection skins cost four stars apiece.
If a player has money to spare and want to gamble on getting a good skin, the Broken Fang case is a great option. The fact that the case contains two classified skins doesn’t increase the chances they drop, but gives players more incentive to spend extra money.
Right now, the Broken Fang case is hovering around $1.00 on the Steam Marketplace, making it two cents less expensive than using two stars bought inside the CSGO battle pass. Since stars can be used to purchase everything from Agents to new CSGO patches, it’s recommended players purchase their cases on the community marketplace. Once the operation ends, other collections will increase in value, meaning that it’s better to use stars there than on a case that can be bought from the market.
