DWG KIA dominates the 2021 LCK Spring All-Pro Teams

Reading time: 3 min

With the teams heading into the last stages of the 2021 LCK Spring Split playoffs, Riot has revealed the three All-Pro teams for this split.

As expected, the first All-Pro team is dominated by DWG KIA, a team that has been leading the league throughout the entirety of the spring split. DWG KIA has also looked great in the playoffs so far, taking down Hanwha Life in a clean sweep to secure a spot in the final. Besides DWG KIA, Gen.G and T1 have made it with one player each to the all-star team of the split.

Here are the 2021 LCK Spring All-Pro teams

The players chosen for the three All-Pro teams have all been in action during the playoffs, with heavy representation from DWG KIA and Gen.G who are set to face off in the grand final. T1 and DRX have two players each on the teams, while only mid laner Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon made it for Hanwha Life.

DWG KIA has all five players represented in the three All-Pro teams with three making it onto the first team, which isn’t surprising with the current form of the world champions. Gen.G has also performed well enough to have all five of its players represented, though three of those spots are on the third All-Pro team.

These are the 2021 LCK Spring All-Pro Teams:

1st LCK All-Pro Team

  • Top – DWG KIA Kim “Khan” Dong-ha
  • Jungle – DWG KIA Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu
  • Mid – DWG KIA Heo “ShowMaker” Su

LCK All-Pro team

Prior to the All-Pro teams, DWG KIA jungler Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu was awarded the regular season MVP. The talented jungler won by a landslide of 164 points, in front of his teammate Heo “ShowMaker” Su on 105 points and Chovy with 98 points. The 19-year-old jungler has been a deciding factor in several wins for DWG KIA this split and has managed to perform consistently in the meta with dominant games on Nidalee, Hecarim, Udyr, and others.

When is the 2021 LCK Spring final?

Canyon and the rest of DWG KIA will face off against Gen.G in the grand final on Saturday, April 10. The match will be a best-of-five and will give Gen.G the chance to dethrone the defending champions. In the team’s most recent match, Gen.G ran away with a 2-1 victory, but the final will likely be way harder than that.
