Misfits looking to add Rogue's Vander for 2021 LEC season
Polish veteran support Osker “Vander” Bogdan looks to be heading to Misfits for the 2021 LEC season, according to ESPN’s Jacob Wolf.
Sources: @MisfitsGG are finalizing a buyout agreement with @Rogue for @Vanderlol, which is expected to be completed next week.

In 2020, Vander had a stellar year on Rogue, becoming one of the #LEC top supports. Rogue, though, promoted @trymbilol a few weeks ago.
Vander will be replacing Petr “denyk” Haramach if the deal goes through. denyk had a shaky 2020 alongside the entire Misfits roster. The team started the season with young Danish talent Mads “Doss” Schwartz, who failed to make an impact. denyk came in instead during the summer split but didn’t manage to make a difference.
Rogue recently announced that it will promote Adrian “Trymbi” Trybus to the LEC roster, after a great season on AGO ROGUE. The young Polish support will have some big shoes to fill in his LEC debut in the upcoming 2021 LEC Spring Split.
Vander has been a part of Rogue since February 2019 and has been a big part of the team’s success in the LEC. The team joined the LEC during its transition to franchising and has since then fought its way up the ranks. 2020 was a breakthrough year for Rogue, which finished third in the 2020 LEC Summer Split and qualified for the 2020 World Championship.
At Worlds, Rogue didn’t manage to perform. The team was placed in a tough group that included JD Gaming and DAMWON Gaming, the latter of which went on to win the tournament. Rogue ended the group stage with a disappointing 1-5 record and the offseason changes might be a result of that.
Vander is still under contract with Rogue through 2021, which means that Misfits is looking to come to terms on a buyout. The price of the Polish veteran is unknown, but pairing Vander up with Danish Kasper “Kobbe” Kobberup could make for a dangerous bot lane duo.
Misfits can finalize the deal with Rogue and Vander when the player free agency window opens on November 16.
