Puppey has Team Secret looking like the best team at Omega League
Team Secret has remained perfect in the Omega League Europe Immortal division group stage. That’s not much of a surprise, but what did come as a surprise was how easily the team pulled that perfection off.
After advancing to 4-0, Secret closed out its round robin with a match against OG. While the expectation was a competitive affair between two of Europe’s best teams, it was instead an absolute stomp with the two-time The International champions on the receiving end.
The first game was a quick one as Secret scored team wipe after team wipe, quickly snowballing around Michał "Nisha" Jankowski. Playing as Windranger, Nisha found a whopping 12 kills and 16 assists en route to a 23-minute victory, with Clement "Puppey" Ivanov's Witch Doctor helping him to avoid taking a single death during the game.
The second game didn’t go any better for OG. Once again, Secret found kills early and wasted no time in closing out the game, this time with Lasse Aukusti "MATUMBAMAN" Urpalainen leading the charge to a 2-0 series win in 26 minutes. Once again, Puppey's skills as a healer kept Secret safe throughout as he dusted off his Chen and pushed Secret to victory.

When the dust settled, the final kill tally stood at 75 for Secret and just 13 for OG. Though OG is normally boisterous on the server, they were tellingly quiet during the series against Secret. This led to some pointed jeers on social media.
Secret looks ready to run through Omega League playoffs
Secret has been the favorite to win almost every event it has competed in this year, but the team has looked even stronger in online leagues. After a rocky start, Secret rebounded and enters Omega League having won six events in a row. Even if a month-long vacation may have built up some rust on Secret, the side has found its form instantly.
Secret gets to look forward to the playoffs now, but it won’t have the chance to prep for a specific opponent. Evil Geniuses, Team Nigma, and Virtus.pro are all possible opponents for Secret’s first match in the playoffs. The team will return to action on September 3.
