Team SoloMid has revealed its full roster heading into the 2020 LCS Summer Split.

TSM introduced its new roster which includes:

  • Top lane: Sergen “Broken Blade” Çelik

  • ADC: Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng
  • Support: Vincent “Biofrost” Wang

Spica, a former TSM Academy jungler, has been promoted to the main roster starting this season. The move was leaked on May 13 when support Biofrost accidentally showed a group of the LCS team that included Spica.

“Super excited to play with Spica and seeing what he can do with an opportunity starting in LCS. I saw a lot of potential in him when he subbed in for us in the 2019 playoffs, but there just wasn’t enough time for him to fully integrate and find his own voice in the team. This time he will,” Bjergsen wrote in the official announcement.

It will be interesting to see what TSM can accomplish with Spica in the starting lineup. Spica is a young player that will be surrounded by veterans that know exactly what they need from the jungler. Spica could find his own voice, or it could be another case of TSM destroying its new jungle addition.

Dignitas completes its LCS spring roster

Dignitas introduced Omran “V1per” Shoura as its starting top laner for the summer season. Dignitas’ roster for the summer includes:

  • Top lane: Omran “V1per” Shoura
  • Jungle: Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett, Matthew “Akaadian” Higginbotham
  • Mid lane: Henrik “Froggen” Hansen
  • ADC: Johnson “Johnsun” Nguyen
  • Support: Zaqueri “aphromoo” Black

It remains unclear if Dardoch will share play time with Akaadian, or if Akaadian is going back to Dignitas Academy full time. It’s likely that both players will make appearances, though one may take over the position full-time if they’re able to show themselves to be the better jungler.

Dignitas had a decent spring split, considering it had a new lineup and coaching staff, and Dignitas was only one game away from playoffs. The newest additions to the team should bring stability to roles that were problematic for Dignitas in the spring.
