Even thought Tyler "Ninja" Blevins left Twitch for Mixer, his friendship with streamers from his former home are still strong as ever.
While they may not play Fortnite together as much as they used to, Ninja is still close with fellow popular streamers, DrLupo, TimTheTatman and CouRageJD. The four famous content creators often play a variety of games together, sharing jokes and laughs along the way.
When a Mixer viewer accused Ninja of being toxic towards other streamers on a recent broadcast, Ninja immediately got defensive.
"Toxic? Homie, me and my entire group of friends make fun of one another," Ninja said. "It's what we do. We yell at each other. We insult each other. That's how close we are with one another, and we're the only ones who can do it to one another."
Ninja then told the viewer that he "doesn't give a shit" if his friends don't like him.
But Ninja wasn't done just yet. He continued to explain that "everyone bitches and complains" when they're playing video games.
"Anyone who thinks I'm toxic... You've been brainwashed, dude. I'd love to know the person you're watching," Ninja said.
After his passionate response, many viewers came to Ninja's defense, saying that it's common for friends to joke around with each other while playing games. It doesn't seem that Epic or Twitch believes Ninja is toxic either, since the game developer nor streaming platform has given him any public warnings or suspended his account for his banter.
Sebastian "Forsen" was recently suspended from Twitch for being toxic in some recent Valorant matches. League of Legends streamer Ashkan "TF Blade" Homayouni has also been notoriously banned from a variety of Riot's severs for "abusive language," including racially charged insults. So while some streamers are getting in hot water for toxic behavior, Ninja is thus far in the clear.
