The players in the T1 roster are some of the most mechanically gifted in the LCK. At this point in the season, T1 works like a well-oiled machine and can take over the series from game one. While all of the players had a good season, rookie top laner Canna stands out. Canna joined the team back in 2019 as a trainee. Canna was promoted to the starting roster in 2020 and quickly became a star in the LCK. Despite his young age, Canna is already a dominant player in the making that will remain a force in Korea for future seasons to come.

In the offseason, DragonX was committed to building a new roster around Deft, its biggest star. The organization signed young prodigies leaving Griffin, Doran and Chovy. The coaching staff recruited Pyosik out of the Korean solo queue and promoted Keria. The original plan of creating a roster that could support Deft shifted, and the bottom laner found himself serving as a mentor in-game.

Through the regular season, DragonX had drastic ups and downs. The team could look dominant one week and like an absolute mess the next. Despite their potential, the players in DragonX, other than Deft, are still young and inexperienced. Pyosik in particular has rookie tendencies that make him unpredictable.

DragonX struggled in its series against Damwon Gaming and is not looking like an opponent that could challenge T1. T1 defeated DragonX two times during the regular season, so the hopes for DX in playoffs are low.
