Counter-Strike fans are obsessed with statistics. From a player’s headshot percentage to their open duel win rate, fans consistantly find new ways to rate Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s pro players. But one startup has found way to calculate some truly weird statistics.

Scope.gg posted a number of out-there statistics on its official Twitter account, making us wunder just what else is out there.

In one of the most surprising of the numbers revealed,  MIBR’s Epitácio “TACO” de Melo was shown to be the official leader in chickens killed over all tier one events in 2019. In a concerning achievement, Taco managed to kill a 278 chickens while in-game for official matches in 2019. That’s more than any other pro player. When alerted to his new top spot as CSGO’s chicken hunter, Taco was seemed very excited as he thanked his fans.

To make matters worse, he’s not just taking potshots at them, either. The statistics say that Taco has killed a whopping 80 of the birds with his knife, meaning that the MIBR stalwart is actively seeking out the farm animals for extinction.

TACO has been less prolific so far this year, as Robin “flusha” Rönnquist took out nearly 70 just at the ESL Pro League S11 Finals. We’re not worried for TACO’s top spot though. As it turns out, he’s has been doing this for a long time. Fans actively booed TACO when he slayed a chicken right in front of their eyes in 2016.

Other odd stats included total Zeus kills, where Team Liquid’s Jake “Stewie2k” Yip took the top prize, while Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth of Astralis opened the most doors in 2019. Given the Danish team’s love affair with Nuke, its no wonder xyp9x opened over 225 doors last year. Between TACO’s chickens and Xyp9x’s doors, the only thing missing is Robin “ropz” Kool and his unfortunate chicken run-in to combine the two.
