Team Liquid Mads "Broxah" Brock-Pedersen has announced that his U.S. Visa has been approved. He’s finally coming to play in the 2020 LCS Spring Split.
Just two days ago, Team Liquid’s League of Legends team wasn’t sure if its main jungler will be granted entrance into the United States. But after a painstaking process, Broxah shared today that his visa has been approved, all with a big smile on his face.
“I will have a hard time to stop smiling while telling you all this because my visa has been approved,” Broxah updated his fans on Twitter. “Obviously I couldn’t be happier about that, I’m so excited. It’s also a relief as well that I finally have my visa and can soon travel to LA, and join up with my team, and get to participate in everything, play some games in the LCS.”
Liquid looking to get back on its feet with Broxah coming to LCS
Broxah truly couldn’t hide his happiness, and there was no reason to. Today’s response to his visa application was a season-changing decision for both him and Liquid. The Danish jungler is coming to play in the LCS for the first time, and he’s joining a dominant regional team.
Team Liquid shared exciting tweets about the news as well, and even changed its profile picture to Broxah’s smiling face. A large number of pro players, teams, influencers, and fans joined in congratulation Broxah too.
With the third week of 2020 LCS Spring Split starting this Saturday, it’s unlikely Broxah will already be playing with Liquid. While fans watch Shern "Shernfire" Tai play in the main roster probably for the last time this season, Broxah will be traveling and adapting to the new timezone, schedule, as well as his new teammates.
Liquid is playing against 100 Thieves this Saturday, and even without Broxah on the team has . With the main jungler on the stage next weekend, the team is also likely to perform better and better as weeks go bye.
