Harley Qinn is coming to Fortnite.

Fortnite’s official Twitter account tweeted a teaser image of Harley’s signature mallot. The photo also included the dyed hair she sported in Suicide Squad.

“Treat me like a game and I’ll show you how it’s played,” the tweet said, using the hashtag “Harley Quinn.”

Last month, the Fortnite Twitter account replied to a video Birds of Prey posted with, “See you soon, Harley.”

While Epic didn’t come out and say how exactly Harley Quinn would be incorporated into the game, this is very much on-brand for the popular battle royale. Harley Qinn’s movie, Birds of Prey, has its opening night on Thursday. Fortnite has a habit of adding events and skins around the times that popular TV shows and movies are being released.

When Stranger Things released its fourth season on Netflix in July 2019, portals related to the show popped up throughout Fortnite’s map just two days later. Then there was the popular Avengers Endgame game mode that came out the night before the movie premiered in theaters.

Data miners predict Harley Quinn skins in Fortnite

The Harley Qinn crossover has another thing in common with previous Fortnite collaborations: It was leaked in advance.

Even though the tweet today was an official tease, fans got a lot more information from Fortnite dataminer Lucas7yoshi. On their Twitter account, players could see two Harley Quinn skins he dug up from the game files.

The first look appears to be taken straight from Suicide Squad, although one Twitter user noted that “Daddy” had been taken off of the shirt. The second look takes a bit more inspiration from Birds of Prey, complete with Harley Quinn’s signature pigtails and neon clothing.

No other information has been leaked or released regarding the potential Harley Quinn event.
