Team Liquid out of DreamLeague Season 13 with loss to Alliance

Alliance took out Team Liquid in the lower bracket of DreamLeague Season 13. The elimination series showcased impressive plays from both teams who played their hearts out with their tournament lives on the line.

Alliance chalked up the first win of the series. The team drafted heroes with heavy disables that were capable of dealing with Team Liquid’s Morphling and Broodmother. In the early phase, Team Liquid seemed to have the upper hand, but Alliance found ways to bring the net worth in its favor.

Linus “Limmp” Blomdin led his team to a victory in the opening match of the series. His spot-on Reverse Polarities sealed every team fight for Alliance. Alliance seals the deal, faces Evil Geniuses in DreamLeague Season 13

Alliance took the last game and knotted up a place in the top four. The team showed the same aggression that Team Liquid had during the second game.

Alliance perfectly executed hero rotations that translated into killed enemies, destroyed towers, or both. The decider also saw several notable plays from Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov’s Slark and Neta “33” Shapira’s Doom. Limmp was unscathed with a final KDA of 11/0/9.

Team Liquid had to exit the tournament while Alliance advance to top four. That guarantees Alliance 1,350 DPC points and $80,000. The team faces a stiff challenge in the lower bracket semifinals as it faces Evil Geniuses.
