Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's Michał "MICHU" Müller has officially announced his free agency and there are signs that Oliver "DickStacy" Tierney's time on Renegades might be over as well.
Speaking on Twitter, MICHU publicly announced his availability after leaving Virtus.pro. The move doesn't come as a surprise, given Virtus.pro's acquisition of the AVANGAR squad.
With a new roster to pour its efforts into, MICHU was expendable to Virtus.pro, but he stands as an interesting prospect for other teams. The player shines in pistol rounds, where he beats his average 1.08 rating with a 1.21. That kind of impact is hard to come by and could become even more profound as he grows in his career.
He seemingly hinted that he is open to traveling as well, stating he is open to playing in an international team. Though his destination is unclear, there are certainly many teams that would be well-served by adding him.
ESEA Roster leaks info on Renegades, DickStacy
Order member Jordan "Hatz" Bajic was added to Renegades' ESEA roster yesterday and has paid his league dues. DickStacy has not.
With Order adding Ricky "Rickeh" Mulholland to replace Hatz, Renegades now has six players listed on its roster. DickStacy failing to pay his league dues is not confirmation of his removal or trade, but it certainly raises some questions regarding the state of the team.
DickStacy has failed to have a positive measurable impact on the Renegades roster. The Australian player has posted ratings below 1.00 since the StarLadder Berlin Major. With Hatz' arrival, Renegades roster is as follows:
- Chris "dexter" Nong
- Liam "malta" Schembri
- Simon "Sico" Williams
- Joshua "INS" Potter
- Oliver "DickStacy" Tierney
- Jordan "Hatz" Bajic
Order's addition of Rickeh, however, is a solid move. Rickeh has been a free agent since his removal from Complexity Gaming in September. He joins an Order roster that now looks like this after Hatz' departure:
Both Order and Renegades will compete in the upcoming Australia and New Zealand 2020 IEM Katowice closed qualifiers that begin on January 14.
