Earlier this year Riot Games announced a partnership with Luis Vuitton for the 2019 League of Legends World Championship. One of the products of this partnership is True Damage Qiyana Prestige Edition, a new skin for the assassin.

Qiyana’s prestige skin was designed by Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of women’s collections, Nicolas Ghesquière, who dressed her up in a classy outfit one would expect from such a prestigous brand.
It’s only Qiyana’s splash art that has been publicly shared so far, but the designer confirmed League’s new champion Senna will also be getting a Louis Vuitton themed skin, and that it will also be a prestige version of the True Damage Senna. Players can expect the skins to be of a very similar style, making for an iconic set.
True Damage will perform at 2019 Worlds finals opening ceremony
The Louis Vuitton skin is expected to come early next year together with the release of the whole True Damage set. True Damage is Riot’s new virtual band that will debut on the World’s final stage on November 10, much as K/DA performed during the opening ceremony in 2018.
While K/DA is a kpop band, Riot’s tease of the new band gives off more hip-hop vibes. True Damage features Akali, Lucian, Senna, and Qiyana.
After the last year’s stunning experience, League fans have high expectations for what’s coming in Paris for the Worlds Finals. Another mashup of the augmented reality and real-life band performance will likely be happening, and it will make for another unique experience for attendees and viewers online alike.
The world class fashion house Luis Vuitton announced the partnership with Riot ahead of the Worlds. Besides the upcoming True Damage skins, the designer is also responsible for the creation of the Summoner’s Cup case that this year’s winners will take home together with the trophy.
