Midas Mode 2.0 reunites classic Na'Vi, Alliance rosters, brings in OG

Midas Mode 2.0 has an incredibly interesting lineup of teams to go alongside its unique ruleset.
Moonduck has released the full list of teams competing at the event through Hotspawn.com and it has a surprising mix of established teams alongside novelty stacks put together for the event. There is a lot to look forward to from both, however.
The most noteworthy team competing is OG. The two-time The International champions are returning in full, with Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen and Anathan “ana” Pham putting off their previously announced hiatus to return for the event.
The Infamous roster from The International 2019 will also return and will, once again, play as Team Anvorgesa. The Peruvian squad put on a memorable top-eight performance at TI9 and are hoping to carry that momentum into the new season.
This makes the event an interesting tease for next season, but this isn’t a strictly serious tournament. A number of old, and in some cases retired, fan-favorite players will be competing at Midas Mode 2.0, too.
Midas Mode 2.0 brings back classic Na'Vi, Alliance lineups
The most noteworthy example of this is a reunion of The International 2011 Natus Vincere lineup. The team that helped push the Ukranian brand to the forefront of esports and laid the framework for the first Dota 2 dynasty will appear, with Clement “Puppey” Ivanov, Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, Ivan "Artstyle" Antonov, Alexander "XBOCT" Dashkevich, and Dmitriy "LighTofHeaveN" Kupriyanov teaming up one more time.
That isn’t the only classic team that is being reunited, though. Alliance circa The International 2013 is also coming together once again with Joakim "Akke" Akterhall, Henrik "AdmiralBulldog" Ahnberg, and Jonathan "Loda" Berg coming out of retirement to join Gustav "s4" Magnusson and Jerry "EGM" Lundkvist.
Another legendary player coming out of retirement is Xu "BurNIng" Zhilei. He will make a one-off return with a squad called BurNIng’s Legion.
Finally, Troels Lyngholt "syndereN" Nielsen and WehSing "SingSing" Yuen will lead a squad of veteran European players.
Rounding out the lineup will be an all-new Beastcoast and a retooled EHOME. The event kicks off on September 24.
