Everywhere you look, everywhere you go, there's a frag, a monster kill to view, too.
Team Liquid's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team have taken inspiration from Full House, creating a sitcom-inspired short video to the theme of the popular 90s program.
Filmed by 1Up Studios, the short clip features their CS:GO squad all striking a pose a la Danny Tanner. Coach Eric "adreN" Hoag pours himself some alcohol, Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella and Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken smell some flowers, and Keith "NAF" Markovic catches some rays with some shades on.
The video takes place in Malta, a European country, but they're not on vacation. Team Liquid is actually preparing for the StarLadder Berlin CS:GO Major, which starts on August 23 with the New Legends stage.
Leading up to this tournament, Team Liquid's CSGO team has been impressing fans. The team took Astralis' top spot on HLTV in June thanks to championship wins at IEM Sydney and DreamHack Masters Dallas. Astralis did not participate in either event, though Liquid managed to best them elsewhere. Many are expecting Team Liquid to take the Berlin Major as well.
First place at StarLadder Berlin is $500,000, and there's a $1 million prize pool, making this the biggest CSGO tournament of the year.
The New Challengers stage has 16 teams competing over four days. The bottom eight teams will be eliminated. For the competing teams, click here. The opening matches are best-of-one games, and best-of-three series will be played to advance later in the stage. The Berlin Major will utilize a Swiss tournament format.
The eight teams that advance will compete with the eight winners of the IEM Katowice Major, which includes Team Liquid. Once again, only eight squads will come out on top. These eight teams will compete in the New Champions stage, which starts on September 5.
