It was one of the most high stakes Rock, Paper, Scissors game in history.

During a charity stream to raise money for Alzheimer’s research, Fortnite streamer Corentin “Gotaga” Houssein lost a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors to Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, costing him $19,000.

The charity stream had Gotaga and Ninja paired against FaZe Jarcis and BrokeBrawks. Every match had an increasing per-kill bounty, and the player with the fewest amount of kills would be the one paying up at the end of the round.

Soon, every kill was worth a whopping $1,000. In that game, Jarvis scored a cool 15 kills. Gotago and Ninja had tied in last place with two kills. This brought the final payout to $19,000. But they were still without a clear choice for the donor.

That’s when it was decided that Rock, Paper, Scissors would seal one of their fates. The two Fortnite streamers faced each other as BrokyBrawks counted them down. Gotaga flashed scissors. But Ninja had played rock.

“You always go rock, baby!” Ninja exclaimed.

This was followed up by a victory dance, and then a hug. And then some more dancing

In total, the charity stream had raised over $24,000 for Alzheimer’s research.
