Winners League Season 2 playoff brackets are now revealed
The Winners League Season 2 playoffs are officially upon us.
The group stage has wrapped up and with that, the list of teams advancing to the playoffs has been set. The top four teams from each group have qualified for the playoffs, lining up 16 squads to compete in both the North American and European regions.
The playoffs bracket for North America is as follows:
The North American region will open with a number of compelling matches that bring together some of the standout performers of the group stage. INTZ Esports will look to stay perfect against Polar Ace, while ATK will look to do the same at the expense of the Party Astronauts. Past that are a number of interesting matchups including Lazarus Esports vs. Lowkey Esports and Team Singularity vs. Big Frames.
The Europe division has no shortage of intrigue either. The Europe playoffs bracket stands as follows:
Virtus.pro looked solid during the group stage despite roster turnover, but will need to cope with Paweł "byali" Bieliński formally departing the organization by beating Mock-it Esports. BPro Gaming will look to make a grand finals run for the second season in a row, starting against Kova Esports. Europe’s sole undefeated squad, Nemiga Gaming, will look to keep its momentum going with an opening matchup against Monolith Gaming.
The playoffs will officially begin across all Winners League divisions on June 1, with the first round of the Invite Divisions concluding on June 7. More information on the Winners League Season 2 playoffs can be found here. For broadcast details and results, follow Winners League on Twitter.
