streamer Mizkif

Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo has been absent from One True King for years, but the “how” and “why” of how the streamer departed OTK was left hanging in the air. Newly-surfaced details have now shed light on the events reportedly leading up to the streamer’s removal from the organization.

Kick streamer Mizkif recently faced harassment allegations from fellow streamer and former partner Emily “Emiru” Schunk, who claimed that he made her uncomfortable during and after their relationship. OTK, the organization Mizkif helped co-found, quickly issued a statement supporting Emiru while confirming that he was no longer involved with the company. That clarification left one major question: When and why did Mizkif’s separation from OTK actually occur?

Mizkif and OTK have faced multiple controversies since 2022, raising questions about the health of their relationship long before his exit. Now, a new legal statement from OTK co-founder TipsOut appears to clarify the real reason Mizkif was ultimately removed from the organization.

Why was Mizkif kicked out of OTK?

According to a legal filing referenced by Henry Resilient, OTK removed Mizkif from the organization in 2023 after two separate physical altercations: one involving Mitch Jones and another involving an OTK co-owner during an internal meeting.

Mizkif’s recent controversy with Emiru has opened a can of worms dating back to his first major controversy back in 2022. That year, he faced accusations from fellow streamer Tyler “Trainwreckstv” Niknam alleging that he helped downplay assault claims made by streamer Adriana Lee against CrazySlick, who lived in Mizkif’s content house at the time. His comeback stream in 2023 drew even more backlash, leading to him being removed from OTK board.

It wasn’t until Emiru’s recent allegations and OTK’s immediate support for her that it became evident Mizkif had actually been separated from the organization for quite some time. Still, Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt’s recent comments, noting that Mizkif’s removal was unrelated to the Emiru situation, left viewers questioning what ultimately led to the decision.

“I will tell the story why Miz was removed from OTK. If they don’t want to, I’ll do it. I’ll respect their wishes and their privacy, but I will do it. And you’ll see that it had nothing to do with [Emiru’s allegations],” Asmongold said.

Now, a legal declaration from OTK co-founder TipsOut has surfaced, pointing to a physical altercation between Mizkif and OTK founders as the primary factor behind his removal in 2023. According to the document, Mizkif had allegedly assaulted Twitch streamer Mitch, and then another co-founder in an internal meeting back in 2023.

“It required the intervention of myself and multiple others present to stop Rinaudo from further attacking another owner of OTK,” TipsOut said.

The document claims that he was removed from the organization in November 2023, when OTK issued its first notice of termination. That action followed two internal incidents that were investigated by the company, and reportedly required others to intervene to stop the situation.

The notice ended Mizkif’s equity in OTK, placing him on a path out of the organization. A second notice was later issued in October 2025 to sever his remaining ties to OTK-affiliated companies and confirm that his departure had already been finalized.

Mizkif responds to OTK allegations

Mizkif quickly went live to address the claims, confirming that the altercation did occur and identifying the other party as streamer Nick”Nmplol” Polom. He downplayed the incident as a “small thing,” adding that Nmplol had joked about it afterward in Discord, referring to the situation as “boring drama.”

“Just know that it’s misleading the whole phrase they are using. This was a small thing that happened between me and Nick three years ago. Yes, it was Nick, and me. Nick even said it was boring drama in a Discord,” Mizkif said.

So while his earlier suspensions may have appeared tied to streamer controversies, it was the internal incidents documented by OTK that ultimately led to his removal from the organization.

That said, Emiru’s later allegations prompted an additional notice addressing the broader concerns raised in OTK’s filings, reinforcing that Mizkif’s separation was permanent and had already been decided long before the situation became public.

Legal documents state that the second notice referenced “unwanted physical contact/violence” and “threats” toward Emiru after she indicated she might speak publicly about her experiences, framing those allegations as part of a broader pattern OTK cited in its decision.
