As MrBeast collaborates with Super Group, talks spark over future

Famed content creator James “MrBeast” Donaldson is collaborating with Super Group, the parent company behind popular betting platform Betway, sparking speculation about his potentially being further linked to the betting and gambling industry moving forward.
MrBeast is one of the largest streamers and influencers in the world, known for his over-the-top challenges and big-money charity initiatives.
In 2025, MrBeast was notably seen setting a donation record for the Guinness World Record during his first Kick stream alongside Adin Ross and Félix “xQc” Lengyel. Viewers were astonished that the trio managed to raise over $12 million in roughly 18 hours. Now, MrBeast has collaborated with online gaming and betting company Super Group for another charity initiative.
Is MrBeast’s partnership with Betway owner a way into gambling?
MrBeast’s collaboration with Super Group was solely charity-driven this time around, but while the streamer won’t be seen partnering with Betway for any gambling activities at this time, the collaboration has still sparked discussion around future possibilities.
Super Group has a vested interest in Africa because its subsidiaries, including Betway, operate locally in the country. This is why the company partnered with MrBeast in donating chickens to rural communities in Ghana, which primarily rely on volatile cocoa harvests. This charity initiative was designed to provide poultry as an alternative to support food security and give families a sustainable source of income.
Super Group CEO Neal Menashe praised MrBeast coming out of the collaboration, stating that this initiative may help families in Ghana towards better outcomes for years to come.
MrBeast is known for participating in such donation and charity programs, but this initiative highlights Super Group’s community-driven efforts in Africa and its efforts to improve its public image.

Many betting operators participate in such programs to garner goodwill and attract potential players. Partnering with streamers is a common strategy for brands to reach a wider audience, but MrBeast wasn’t involved in promoting Betway services specifically in this latest effort.
Despite collaborating with Super Group, MrBeast has long avoided promoting gambling on his streams. This partnership doesn’t change that just yet, and it doesn’t mean the streamer will be seen promoting betting specifically anytime soon. This initiative in Ghana aligns more with the streamer’s past charity programs, including the TeamWater project Kick livestream.
This collaboration showcases a growing trend of gambling companies partnering with massively popular streamers, as there are few better ways for these companies to reach and engage with their valued audiences. And while doesn’t necessarily portend future work by MrBeast specifically with gambling promotions, it is one step closer to such a partnership, something that many operators would themselves surely be interested in pursuing.
